Dr. Robin Pullen is an internal medicine specialist at Dogs and Cats Veterinary Referral Hospital and has been associated with the hospital since 2008. Dr. Pullen received her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine where she graduated Cum Laude. She completed a Small Animal Rotating Medicine and Surgery Internship at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine Residency from the same institution 2 years later. Dr. Pullen is Board Certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine with a Specialty in Small Animal Internal Medicine. Since 2010 Dr. Pullen has taught at Massey University Veterinary Teaching Hospital in New Zealand. She has also lectured at numerous educational conferences both here and abroad. Her professional interests include: Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Hepatic disease, Endocrine Disorders, Medical Oncology, and Immune Mediated diseases. Dr. Pullen received the Upjohn Award for Proficiency in Small Animal Clinical Medicine, the Everingham Prize for Cardiology – for outstanding work in Small Animal Cardiology, and during her tenure at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. She has traveled throughout Europe and South Africa. Dr. Pullen is a member of the Beta Chapter of Phi Zeta – Veterinary Medical Honor Society.
